Hi, I’m An Pham, the baker behind Soft Butter Bakes. I’m a San Diego based home baker specializing in bespoke cakes and sweet treats, all made with organic ingredients and a lot of butter.

What started as baking for friends and family grew into something real when strangers started asking if I was selling. My hope is that every dessert I make for you feels just as personal as the ones I make for my own.

Order Agreement, Please Read

Deposit & Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit via Zelle is required to confirm your date. Remaining balance due day of pickup or delivery. Order not confirmed until deposit received.

Cancellations: Deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled within 7 days of event, full balance still owed.

Photo References & Creative Interpretation: Reference images are for creative direction only. While I do my best to capture the spirit of your inspiration, I cannot guarantee an exact replica. Every cake is handmade and unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, and design are part of the process. Soft Butter Bakes retains full creative freedom in execution.

Design Changes: Must be requested 7+ days before your event date.

Allergens: My kitchen handles dairy, eggs, gluten, and tree nuts. I cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Pricing: Quotes are valid for 30 days and confirmed in writing before deposit is collected.
