Hi, I’m An Pham, the baker behind Soft Butter Bakes. I’m a San Diego based home baker specializing in bespoke cakes and sweet treats, all made with organic ingredients and a lot of butter.

What started as baking for friends and family grew into something real when strangers started asking if I was selling. My hope is that every dessert I make for you feels just as personal as the ones I make for my own. At the end of the day, I’m just a soft girl who loves butter and loves to bake.
